my htc sprint touch pro default youtube app doesnt work. it says there was a problem with youtube exe. what does that mean ?...i downloaded the google version and i dont like it..the quality is so crappy..how can i get my old one 2 work.?

are u on the stock rom or a custom one.....and have u used sktools or deleted something...i would actually mack sure u back up your contacts using pim or another program and then i would hard reset......give that s shot and see what happens or maybe someone else has another thought.......it sounds like something may be conflicting..............

yes i do have the stock rom..i reset it to factory and it still has a problem..maybe i ereased something..i called sprint and even they couldnt figure it out..they had me do some ## thingy and try to reset and it still doesnt work..i tried a hard reset..the rom i have is rom version 1.03.651.4

sounds like something in the build.... did you get the newest and only update for the touch pro from the htc website?

i had got the phone from the sprint store last yr. i havent done any major mods to it. it still has stock rom. i download a few cab files from freewarepocketpc ..maybe i download something that caused my tp to crash ?

a hard reset would have fixed that, i would go to htc.com and download the newest rom and flash over to that and see if that fixes the problem for you.... also you have never unlocked the device so you are able to flash did you?
